Contract Amendment with the Colorado Department of Human Services, Behavioral Health Administration for the Children, Youth, Family Services Grant to Fund AFFIRM Youth Training Workshops for Douglas County Community Response Team Clinicians as well as Community-Based Therapists and Counselors and Weekly Support Groups for Parents and Supportive Adults of LGBTQ+ Youth. This Amendment Modifies the Amount for SFY24 to $18,998.00, a Reduction of $7,899.00 due to AFFIR Training Availability and adds $28,497.00 for SFY 25.
