Updated Fishing Regulations for 2025
Amy Knopp, Manager, Rueter-Hess, addressed the RAB and reviewed the proposed
Rules and Regulation changes for fishing and trolling electric motors.
Staff is working with the County Media Team and are crafting a standardized unified
message with FAQ’s to share with the stakeholders for unified language and messaging.
New fishing guidelines after July 1, 2025, will be:

for 2025.
Safety Boat Update
Amy Knopp, Manager, Rueter-Hess, updated the RAB about the delivery of the Safety
Boat today, June 13, 2025. The RAB would like to meet at the reservoir for the next
RAB meeting to view the new safety boat.

Social Trail Update
Staff informed the RAB about the social trail on the Rosie Rueter Bypass Trail. A fence
will be installed in front of the social trail to help protect the resource.
