Rueter-Hess Budget Update for October 2025
Amy Knopp, Manager, Rueter-Hess, shared the budget update with the RAB. The
County's finance department’s actual report will be used to lessen the confusion and
provide more details for the RAB.

Other Business and Discussion
a.
Rueter-Hess Entrance Shed Update
Amy Knopp, Manager, Rueter-Hess, updated the RAB on the permit status and timeline.
The permit has been issued and the signed contract should be coming in over the next
few days. The shed and the mini-split will be ordered soon.
b.
Dock Phase II Update
Amy Knopp, Manager, Rueter-Hess, updated the Board on dock phase II. The docks have
been ordered. A separate order for the wheels was placed and received to help staff pull
the docks out this fall. The phase II docks will be delivered and stored until spring.
Docks will be replaced into the water when ice is off the reservoir and the boat can be
launched, sometime in the spring.
c.
Increased Finance Fee
Staff informed the RAB about the County’s finance program, MSB, increase starting
December 1, 2025. The fee will increase from a 2.19% to a flat $2.00 fee. The RAB
requested more information and possible options at the December 12, 2025, meeting.
